- September 24: Presented paper “Acceptance and Effective Use of Virtual Assistants” at the 49th TPRC Conference (Virtual)

- August 1: Started postdoc at the University of Southern California. Excited to research digital equity issues in the US
- July 15: Successfully completed the Quality Matters Peer Reviewer Course!!! I totally recommend (regardless of whether you teach online or not – it has great insight on giving feedback)
- June 14: Peer reviewed paper acceptance! Our paper “The impact of OTT on preferences for mobile services: A conjoint analysis of users in Nigeria” has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Information Policy.
- March 24: Gave talk “Zero-Rating, Over-the-Top (OTT) Services and the Digital Divides in Developing Countries” at Virginia Tech College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
- March 3: Yes! My first (and first authored) peer reviewed acceptance! “When being connected is not enough: An analysis of the second and third levels of the digital divide in a developing county”. Really grateful to my co-authors (Doug Sicker, Tim Brown and Jon Gant) for amazing mentorship and collaboration.
